FEES
There are no standard charges for most of the services which we provide. Fees are computed on the basis of the time spent and the levels of skill or responsibility of the staff needed to do the work. In the case of a new business, it is not usually possible to give a firm quote for future fees, because the amount of work required will be dependent on the success of the venture. For established businesses, however, it will usually be possible to give an indication of the likely level of fees following a brief review.
 
PROFESSIONAL INDEMNITY INSURANCE
In accordance with the disclosure requirements of the Provision of Services Regulations 2009, my professional indemnity insurer is  Tokio Marine HCC, 30, Fenchurch Avenue, LONDON. EC3M 5AD.  The territorial coverage is worldwide excluding professional business carried out from an office in the US, US Virgin Islands and Canada and excludes any action for a claim brought in any court in the US, US Virgin Islands and Canada.
Accountancy
Preparation of annual accounts and self-assessment tax returns for small businesses, including dealing with H.M. Revenue and Customs. We can take the worry out of complying with your obligations under the tax system.
Taxation
Completion of self-assessment returns for individuals and advice on the taxation consequences of specific transactions; dealing with tax investigations. It is always beneficial to have a tax expert on your side when dealing with HMRC.
VAT
Registration of businesses and completion of VAT returns. VAT can be a complicated tax and a lack of knowledge can cause inadvertent errors.
Start-ups
Preparation of business plans for new venture. A professional presentation can make all the difference when applying for finance.
Payroll
Processing of wages, including preparation of payslips and year-end returns. We provide a fast and efficient service to take the drudgery out of dealing with employees' wages.
